To help increase absorption of dietary iron. Clinically trialled, shelf-stable probiotic with iron, folic acid and vitamin C. The pooled results from two clinical trials conducted in 42 healthy women showed that iron absorption from a meal was 23% higher when co-administered with a capsule of Biome Iron+, compared to the absorption when taken with a placebo capsule containing iron, folic acid and vitamin C only.
